Job Title:** Manufacturing Assembly Department Supervisor

**Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

**Salary Range:** $55,000 - $69,000

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Assembly Department Supervisor to oversee two departments for a production team near Bath, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience in LEAN manufacturing and 5S methodologies to drive efficiency and quality within the department. This role requires a hands-on leader who can maintain a safe and productive work environment while ensuring that production goals are met.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Supervise and manage assembly team members, ensuring daily production goals are achieved.

- Implement and maintain LEAN and 5S practices for continuous improvement.

- Monitor workflow and quality control to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.

- Train and mentor staff to enhance performance and safety awareness.

- Collaborate with other departments to meet production timelines.

**Requirements:**

- Associate's degree OR a minimum of 6 years of experience in manufacturing and management.

- Strong knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles and 5S.

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
