A Fargo company is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team. This role will be responsible for compiling payroll information to be sent to the processing company. This role involves calculating deductions, bonuses, overtime, and other adjustments, as well as preparing and submitting payroll-related reports to regulatory authorities. Your responsibilities also include maintaining accurate payroll records, addressing employee queries, and collaborating with HR to resolve discrepancies. Utilize and maintain the payroll system, identify process improvements, and stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices.
