Salary: $17 per hour

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a friendly and eager-to-learn individual to join our client company in Everett, WA, as an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative. This role involves a variety of office duties including filing, answering phones, data entry, and other tasks as assigned. This is a fulltime, permanent role with opportunities for a raise once hired on.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering and directing phone calls
• Filing and organizing documents
• Data entry and maintaining records
• Assisting with various office duties as needed

Requirements:

• Must be friendly and good with computers
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word is a plus
• Must submit to a pre-employment background and drug screen

Pay: $17 per hour

Hours: 7 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday - Friday
