Salary: $52,000/year

Pay: Up to $52,000/year
Shifts: Sunday-Thursday, Starting at 2pm
Responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision to warehouse employees
• Prepare work schedules and provide daily work assignments for employees
• Monitor and ensure productivity records are posts
• Counsel, coach, and provide corrective action for employees as necessary
• Inform Operations Manager of any problematic situations related to operations

Qualifications:

• One to three years of operations supervisory experience
• Ability to identify a problem, propose solutions, and have the ability to execute possible solutions
• Ability to make decisions regarding production, distribution, and scheduling 
• Computer skills with Windows based office software including MS office products
