Job Title: Parts Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service in person and over the phone.
Assist customers with product inquiries and orders.
Lift and handle products weighing up to 50 lbs to assist customers effectively.
Utilize computer systems for checking and entering orders (training provided on the TREND system).
Pull and prepare orders from the warehouse for customer pickup.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Prior Front Counter Sales experience
Familiarity with the plumbing industry is a significant plus, but not required!
Must be familiar with MS Office and other systesm - will train on TREND software
Must have customer service experience, helping customers in person, answering phones etc.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs consistently - bending/kneeling/lifting
Must pass drug test and background check
