We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician / Mechanic to ensure the continuous operation of our industrial machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of industrial equipment, including conveyors, motors, pumps, and compressors.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks such as lubrication, inspections, and adjustments on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Install, maintain, and repair industrial systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components as needed.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to accurately perform repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including parts usage and time spent on tasks.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, and follow company safety procedures at all times.
• Work with other maintenance team members and production staff to ensure minimal disruptions to the production schedule.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and materials necessary for repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Assist with special projects, upgrades, and equipment installations as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician, mechanic, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding, and fabrication equipment.
• Familiarity with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and automated systems is a plus.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
• Physical ability to perform tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working in confined spaces.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications in relevant areas (e.g., HVAC, electrical, or welding) preferred.
