• Perform professional cleaning of residential flooring, including carpet, hardwood, tile, and laminate.
• Use steam cleaning equipment to clean and sanitize upholstery, including couches, chairs, and other fabric-covered furniture.
• Inspect client spaces to determine cleaning needs and recommend the best cleaning solutions.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensure that work areas are left clean and tidy after services are completed.
• Follow all safety procedures to ensure the protection of clients’ property.
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner while interacting with clients.
• Adhere to company quality standards and complete all work efficiently.
• Keep records of services provided and update customer profiles as needed.
