OVERVIEW

 

Express is seeking custodial candidates for a local company in sanford. The associate will be responsible for cleaning buildings, removing debris, and keeping areas neat and tidy. Vacuuming, buffing floors, shampooing carpets and sweeping and mopping hardwood or tile flooring. Other duties include emptying trash receptacles, replacing the linings for the trash cans, bending, stooping, standing for long periods of time.

• Following directions from supervisor
• Being a team player
• Strong attention to details
• Dealing with the public

 

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a valid driver license
• Must meet background requirements and driving record requirements
• Must have at least 6 months of experience in janitorial/custodial experience
• Be willing to become a bus driver for permanent placement
