Salary: $22 -$24 per hour

Express Employment Professionals in Everett is seeking a Door Shop Employee. This is a fulltime, permanent role offering day shift hours Monday - Friday. If you have experience building all types of interior and exterior doors, including units with sidelites and transoms, we want to hear from you!

Location: Everett, WA
Pay Rate: $22-$24 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Build interior and exterior door units to order specifications.
• Pull and prepare doors, jambs, and other components for production.
• Understand and use tape measures to 1/16 of an inch.
• Regularly use power and air tools, including staple guns, nail guns, routers, miter saws, sanders, table saws, door machines, and jig saws.
• Maintain tools for proper functionality and keep the work area clean and free of debris.
• Report equipment problems to the shop lead immediately.
• Ensure products meet project specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
• Question obvious errors on orders with the shop lead.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Note any backorders on orders clearly and accurately.
• Lift 75lbs multiple times throughout the day and ask for help when moving extra-large and heavy units.

Qualifications:

• Experience with door machining specifications (Norfield experience is a plus).
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the job.
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship.
