Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Comptroller to oversee the financial operations of our manufacturing company. In this key role, you will manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will lead the finance team, analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making, and optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks
• Supervise and mentor finance staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• Proven experience as a Comptroller or in a similar financial management role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably marine, is a plus
