Invoicing Clerk

Location: Benton Harbor,  MI

Position Type: Full-Time, Evaluation Hire

Pay/Salary: $16.00 per hour

 

Responsibilities/Duties

 

• Provide accurate and timely invoices to customers.
• Review and determine proper billing of freight charges. 
• Manage and maintain customer website billing information.
• Invoice shipped orders. Deliver invoices via email. Process pre-shipment billing request.

 

Qualifications

 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
• Must have a high school diploma.
• Excellent organizational skills.
