A rapidly growing collection agency is looking for career-oriented Collections Representatives to work in their Green Bay, WI Location! The Collections Specialist will be responsible for contacting clients and collecting missed and/or outstanding payments. A qualified Collections Specialist will have excellent software and computer skills, great communication skills, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

 

Collections Specialist Job Highlights:

• Pay is $17.00/hour
• Full-time, Monday-Friday:
• Monday – Thursday 9am – 5:30 pm, one day needs to be 10 am – 6:30 pm you choose the day, Fridays 8 am – 4:30 pm. No WEEKENDS! NO HOLIDAYS!
• Evaluation-to-hire, meaning the company is looking for a long-term fit!

 

What you will be doing:

• Achieving agreed collection rates from clients
• Contacting clients daily via telephone, email to achieve call targets
• Negotiate arrangement
• Keeping accurate and complete records of all customer contact within internal systems
• Work directly with colleagues, Account Management team, and other internal support groups to achieve goals
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required
• Confident phone skills are a must
• Strong organization skills with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize work to achieve goals and targets set
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with difficult customers/clients
• Ability to work well as a team
• Dependability and punctuality are a must
• Bilingual in Spanish / Hmong is a plus and would earn you a $1 more per hour.
