• Ensure customers are treated exceptionally.
• Manage mechanics and other service team members.
• Train, recruit, and evaluate staff members.
• Promote part sales.
• Oversee repairs and diagnostics.
• Provide operational reports for Store Management.

Seeking candidates with prior experience in a truck repair setting such as a shop or dealership. Must have experience in repair methods and diagnostics.
