Wadena, Minnesota Company is seeking to hire a IT Manager. This key role is responsible for computer systems and IT activities within the organization.

Leadership & Oversight: Manage all IT systems and telecommunications, overseeing implementation of new technologies and daily operations.
Strategic IT Management: Utilize IT to enhance business processes, evaluate technology solutions, and recommend systems aligned with organizational goals.
Security & Compliance: Ensure network and AS400 security, manage software licensing, and maintain system backups to minimize risks.
Vendor & Team Collaboration: Build strategic vendor relationships, collaborate with departments on technology initiatives, and mentor IT staff.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity, Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with full benefits including Health, HSA, Paid Vacation, 401(k) with matching program, and more!
