Fargo company is seeking a dynamic IT Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our IT infrastructure and operations, ensuring smooth and efficient technology deployment and support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the organization''s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems.
• Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support company objectives and growth.
• Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
• Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and develop solutions accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field desired.
• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role in manufacturing or retail.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Solid understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Windows 365 and other relevant Microsoft software.
