Producing Branch Manager - $100K in SALARY+INCENTIVES

An El Paso company is seeking a passionate leader for a Producing Branch Manager position! 

Some of the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

 

• Lead and inspire a team of loan officers, fostering a culture of education and collaboration.
• Train and mentor new loan officers to help them achieve their goals and excel in their roles.
• Provide exceptional service to clients and partners, ensuring a positive experience throughout the loan process.
• Stay knowledgeable about all types of loan programs to guide clients effectively.
• Act as a connector within the industry, actively recruiting new talent to join the team.
• Engage with the community to promote our services and support local initiatives.

This position offers a competitive base salary and performance-based incentives. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of 5 or more years of experience.
