Position Summary:
The B2B Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth through effective prospecting and account management. This role involves face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and leveraging digital tools to connect with businesses that rely on our office supply solutions. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-oriented, and thrives in a competitive sales environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the local market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with businesses, offering office supply solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Conduct cold calls, in-person meetings, and virtual presentations to prospective clients.
  • Develop customized proposals and negotiate pricing to secure new accounts.
  • Provide ongoing support to existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with products and services.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market developments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company''s growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in office supplies or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet sales goals.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
