Job Summary: A manufacturing company seeks a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join their team. As a key member of the logistics department, you will ensure that incoming and outgoing shipments are handled efficiently and accurately. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our supply chain, ensuring our high-quality wheelchair-accessible vans are delivered on time to customers and dealers
Responsibilities include:
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Coordinate with customers as they pick up and drop off vehicles
- Coordinate with our sales team and assist with the finer details of customer communication
- Receiving vehicles
- Inputting vehicle information to appropriate logs
- Window stickers, vehicle invoices uploaded
- Shipping coordination
- Releasing vehicles with proper documentation, recording info
- Notification emails to customers and sales reps when shipping vehicles
- Work directly with the Sales Admin and support the sales team by releasing vehicles and collecting any necessary information at delivery. Reviewing contracts, invoicing, and verifying current rebates
- Coordinate demo pickups/drop-offs
- Maintain customer demo charge sheets
- General office duties include but are not limited to greeting walk-in customers, answering phones, filing, scanning documents, updating Excel sheets, etc.
Location: Corona, CA
Position Type: On going
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-4:00PM
Qualifications:
- High school diploma but some colleges preferred
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to fine detail
- Three or more years of office experience
- Computer literate and proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.
- Multitasker in a fast-paced environment
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Auto dealership, RV Dealership, and DMV experience a plus
