Track orders from start to finish.Proactively monitor and follow up on client accounts and update them with their orders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient with MS Office.Min of 2 years of customer service, emphasizing phone and written communication.Familiar with EDI.BOE $17- $21
