Salary: $68K-$70K, DOE

Company located in Pearl, MS is seeking a Parts Manager to join their team! This position is a full-time, direct hire. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM. 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least three (3) years Managerial experience
• Parts department or counter sales experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in inventory management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

• Inventory management: Overseeing the parts inventory, tracking inventory levels, and ordering replacement parts 
• Staff management: Managing the parts department staff, including hiring, training and performance management 
• Customer service: Assisting with customer service when needed 
• Order process: Overseeing the order process for replacement parts 
• Sales: Boosting parts sales 
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with inventory management procedures
