We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse tasks, including receiving, storing, and distributing products. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining safety and efficiency.

Location: Meriden and Hartford, CT area

Compensation: $17-21/hr DOE

Schedule: 1st and 2nd shift available

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Organize and store products in designated areas.
• Pick and pack orders for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory management and stock counts.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
