Express Employment Professionals is a staffing agency specializing in administrative, customer service, industrial, skilled trades positions. We assist local companies with sourcing qualified candidates. This is an internal recruitment position, as we are looking to expand our team!

Job Description: Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for applicants and new hires. Responsibilities include overseeing online applications, assisting with onboarding documentation, and managing programs to attract and retain talent. Must be organized, detail-oriented, LOVE talking to people, and capable of multitasking.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Management

  • Online Application Management: Process applications, assist with onboarding documentation, maintain database, support app enrollment.
  • Interview Process: Conduct initial interviews, screen resumes, phone interviews, schedule in-person interviews.
  • First Day Success: Coordinate new hire resources, conduct follow-ups.
  • Job Posting and Sourcing: Create/post job descriptions, utilize sourcing techniques.
  • Recruiting Activities: Develop candidate pool, facilitate interviews.
  • Talent Marketing: Promote top candidates to hiring managers.
  • Candidate Engagement: Manage engagement program, organize appreciation events.
  • Sourcing Activities: Conduct email campaigns, perform candidate mining, make renewal calls.

Client Management

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Client Consultations: Collaborate with clients to define job requirements, offer insights on market trends, and recommend effective recruitment strategies.
  • Client Feedback: Gather and analyze client feedback to refine recruitment processes and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Client Reporting: Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities, candidate placements, and overall performance metrics to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, or HR preferred.
  • Proficiency with online application systems and social media.
