We are seeking a skilled concrete laborer to join our team, specializing in both residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in various concrete tasks, including pouring, finishing, and repairing concrete surfaces. Attention to detail, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a commitment to safety are essential for this role.  Must have reliable transportation to and from job side. Responsibilities:

• Perform all aspects of concrete work, including but not limited to pouring, finishing, and repairing sidewalks, driveways, foundations, and other structures.
• Prepare worksites by setting up forms, ensuring proper alignment, and installing reinforcement materials as needed.
• Operate and maintain concrete tools and equipment, such as concrete saws, mixers, and finishing tools.
• Follow safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met and deadlines are achieved.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Adhere to company policies and regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in concrete work, including pouring, finishing, and repairing concrete surfaces.
• Knowledge of concrete materials, techniques, and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in the field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or training in concrete finishing or related field.
• Experience operating heavy machinery, such as skid steers or excavators.
• OSHA certification or training in workplace safety practices.
