Location: Waukesha, WI
Days: Mondays through Fridays
Pay Rate: $20.00-$22.00
Schedule/Shift:9:00am to 5:00pm
Terms: Contract-to-Hire

Brief Job Description: General Responsibilities. Provides excellent customer support such as responding to customer inquiries, updating orders and pricing. Utilizes ERP software to update orders and document customer information. Process packing lists. Processes and prepares invoices. Enters customer deposits. Develops and maintains customer relationship and make 100% customer satisfaction top priority. Works with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are communicated and met. Other duties as assigned.
