Salary: $18.50 - $22.00 DOE

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a law office or real estate setting, with knowledge of title processing and research. Excellent customer service skills and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to verify property legal descriptions
• Process and review title commitments and surveys
• Assist in resolving any title issues that may arise
• Communicate with clients, lenders, and attorneys regarding title matters
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to title transactions
• Reviews, approves and initiates payment for lien payoffs.
• Reconcile select accounts and schedules weekly.
• Handle support requests, calls and/or emails.
• Clearly communicate with customers on known issues and future features.
• Post invoices, prepare checks, and issue online payments.
• Process Bank Deposits

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a law office or real estate environment is preferred - Knowledge of title processing procedures
• Strong research skills and attention to detail - Excellent customer service and communication abilities
