We are seeking a skilled Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating stand-up forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The Stand-Up Forklift Operator will ensure that all products are handled safely and efficiently, adhering to company procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Operate stand-up forklift to move materials within the warehouse or distribution center
• Load and unload trucks, stack and unstack pallets, and move products to designated areas
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Report any discrepancies or defects in equipment or products to supervisors immediately
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines regarding health and safety

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a stand-up forklift operator
• Valid certification to operate a stand-up forklift
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition
• Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
