Blender
Mixes or blends raw materials in accordance with specified formulas Examine work orders for special instructions, proper packaging components, and blending recipe Verify process order to actual formula for accuracy Sets up and runs blenders efficiently and safely Measure, weigh and document ingredients in Plex Assist other blending operators with product changeovers and loading of blender ? Makes adjustments and performs minor machine maintenance as necessary Responsible for product quality while maintaining company standards and processes. Perform boxes and bags palletizing, assemble boxes Use forklift to move product in and out of blending room Keep work area sanitary and orderly Keep Blending Team Leader informed of problems, potential issues and status of work in progress Follow appropriate safety procedures and rules at all times Sanitation of blending area and equipment Follow all GMP’s, Safety and Environmental regulations as well as company policies Performs other related tasks as assigned
