Logistics company located in Newark, NJ is currently looking for a LOGISTICS Customer Service Rep to join their team. This position requires that you have experience in Import and Export Customer Service and knowledge of the NJ/NY ports.
-Duties include; -entering orders into the system, -tracking container availability., -coordinate pickup and deliveries with customers and the dispatch department; -update the customer portal - Communicate with customers via phone and email.
Required: - 2 years experience- Knowledge of NJ/NY ports- MS Excel experience
