Express is looking for a Maintenance Lead for our Reading Pa, client for a Direct Hire opportunity. The company is growing and adding to their core team!

 

Maintenance Lead

Direct Hire 

Pay:  $33-35.00 /hr

Shift: 1st shift 7am-4pm 

Location: Reading, PA 

 

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Lead:

• Managing of equipment, parts, projects and contractors required
• Responsible for the management, supervision, and development of the maintenance department.
• Maintain maintenance budget and capital monies balancing the cost with equipment repair needs
• Ensure regulatory compliance with NFPA-70E (Arc Flash) for all maintenance activities within the company
• Trouble-shoot machinery for mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical malfunctions and repair or replace parts if needed.
• Assist in the hiring of maintenance personnel.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems using blueprints.
• Must have excellent computer skills to include, but not limited to Microsoft Office, CMMS maintenance program
• Monitor parts usage and order as necessary.

Qualifications of the Maintenance Lead:

• Plastic Manufacturing, Machine Maintenance, experience with leading 
• management experience, computer skills, leadership
• 5-6 years experience as a maintenance tech required
• Must have proven technical aptitude for chemical processes, electrical and mechanical equipment
• Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
