Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed 2-20 Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Sun City Center. The CSR will manage front desk operations, answer incoming calls, and handle customer updates or signature requests from insurance carriers. This role involves cross-selling insurance plans to existing customers (no cold calling). Proficiency in using DocuSign/e-signature platforms is important for obtaining customer signatures and processing documents efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries and manage front desk operations.
• Respond to alerts from carriers regarding updates or signatures needed from customers.
• Cross-sell insurance plans to existing customers as opportunities arise.
• Use DocuSign/e-signature platforms frequently to obtain customer signatures.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups on customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid 2-20 insurance license.
• Experience in cross-selling plans is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.
• Proficiency in DocuSign/e-signature platforms.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
