We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Carpenter to join our team. The Lead Carpenter will be responsible for overseeing carpentry projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of carpenters and laborers on various projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform skilled carpentry work including framing, trimming, and finishing.
• Ensure projects are completed according to specifications, within budget, and on schedule.
• Inspect work to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Coordinate with other trades and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Train and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification preferred.
