Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the company’s financial transactions and ensure timely payments to vendors. The ideal candidate will be organized, possess strong analytical skills, and have a passion for accuracy in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify accuracy of invoices against purchase orders and receipts.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Assist with month-end closing processes, including reconciliations.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Contribute to process improvements in accounts payable functions.
