Job Description:
We are seeking a Certified TIG Welder for a full-time, temp-to-perm position with a local company in Fordyce, AR. The ideal candidate will have experience in TIG welding and strong attention to detail. You will be working in a clean, climate-controlled environment with the latest equipment, fabricating boats and/or boat parts. This role offers long-term employment opportunities, with the potential for overtime, and requires the ability to work efficiently within a team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on various metal types and thicknesses.
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications.
• Ensure high-quality welds with precision and adherence to safety standards.
