This prestigious firm offers comprehensive risk management services, specializing in insurance and reinsurance placement for Property & Casualty, Employee Benefits, Private Client Services, along with consulting and financial & wealth management solution

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management:
• Assist in renewal strategies and support the placement process, including drafting proposals and handling submissions.
• Obtain necessary documentation, such as loss runs or policy information from carrier websites.
• Client Service:
• Serve as the main contact for daily client inquiries and requests, handling certificates, invoices, endorsements, and policy audits.
• Process changes with carriers and maintain up-to-date system records.
• Manage claims support and instruct clients on loss reporting.
• Client Accounting:
• Set up policies in the system for accurate billing.
• Manage invoicing, aged accounts receivable, and return of funds as necessary.
• Coordinate with accounting on carrier discrepancies and cash application issues.
• Carrier & Wholesaler Relationships:
• Align renewals with ideal markets and support corporate initiatives such as market consolidation.
• Corporate Engagement:
• Participate in corporate initiatives, drive accountability, and support corporate retention and new business efforts.
• Maintain documentation to mitigate E&O risks and comply with corporate audits.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in a Property & Casualty brokerage environment.
• Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance.
• Active insurance licenses as required by the company.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills.
