Our client in Jersey City is in need a of a temp to hire Administrative Assistant  position. The position requirements are below:

 

-Position requires a minimum of three to five years experience as an Admin Assistant,  a college degree a huge plus, superior writing and editorial ability, comprehensive secretarial skills, including full competence in MS Word and Outlook. Photoshop a plus. Organizational skills are a must. Responsibilities also include answering office phones and making travel arrangements for the owners.


Pay: $25 hourly
Hours: 8:30am-4pm with a half hour lunch
