As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for a dynamic mix of sales, account management, fulfillment, and sales growth activities. Your role will involve developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, overseeing order fulfillment, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Fulfillment: Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products. Coordinate with internal teams to manage inventory and ensure customer orders are processed efficiently.
  • Sales Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion. Promote additional products and services to increase sales and meet or exceed targets.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, addressing any customer concerns. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and orders. Generate and analyze reports to track performance and identify improvement areas.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a good Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) to facilitate customer visits and product deliveries.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, account management, or a related field is preferred. Experience with construction or manufacturing is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using computer systems for documentation and reporting.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field is a plus.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and demands.
