Construction Estimator | $70k - $90k DOE | Fargo, ND

Local construction company is looking to add an Estimator to their team. This role will be creating estimates for residential, multifamily and commercial projects. Job duties include:

• Creating / completing digital takeoffs based off blueprints
• Prepare material estimates and cost estimates
• Computes costs by analyzing labor, materials, and time requirements
• Purchase and track material orders for projects
• Track delivery times for products
• Job planning of materials 6 months ahead
• Stay educated in the market pricing changes on materials
• Understanding available product lines

Ideal candidate would have estimating or construction experience or a degree in Construction Management. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity.
