Salary: $20-22/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute remodeling and renovation projects for residential and commercial properties, including demolition, carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and finishing work.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Perform general construction tasks such as framing, installing doors and windows, cabinetry, and light electrical/plumbing work as required.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure accurate construction and remodel execution.
• Inspect and maintain tools, equipment, and safety gear, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Provide quality craftsmanship and attention to detail on all construction projects.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors to report on project progress and address any construction issues or obstacles.
• Conduct post-construction walkthroughs to ensure projects meet the company's standards and client expectations.
• Perform routine property maintenance and repairs as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in construction, remodeling, or renovation work.
• Proficiency in a range of construction skills: carpentry, drywall, painting, tiling, flooring, and basic electrical/plumbing.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and project plans.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency and quality.
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy materials, work on ladders, and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in both residential and commercial construction projects.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Certifications in OSHA safety standards or construction-specific credentials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
