Job Description:

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of our industrial machinery and equipment. Your role will involve performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to determine the root cause and implement effective solutions.
• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
• Collaborate with production staff to address maintenance needs and reduce equipment downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with PLCs and automation systems.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in industrial maintenance.
• Ability to work flexible hours or shifts, including on-call availability.
