Janitor/ Grounds Maintenance - $17/hr

 

A local Charleston company is searching for a Janitor/Grounds Maintenance Keeper who will have core responsibilities with building upkeep. This Grounds Maintenance role will assist with general tasks, such as cleaning and janitorial work, exterior cleanup, and other duties as assigned.  This associate will need a driver''s license as there are multiple locations.

What we look for in a Grounds Maintenance role:

• Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs, and at times, up to 50 lbs safely
• Work history in janitorial work, landscaping, or keeping grounds
• Communicate clearly and manage a project list
