Express Employment is seeking a Line Operator to work on the gummy line for a Vitamin manufacture this is a long-term position, Apply today for immediate consideration! Gummy Line Operator will Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot gummy line kettle, depositor, and cooling tunnel.  

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

 

• Measure or weigh raw materials for usage following Manufacturing Batch Record (MBR). Operation of gummy manufacturing line including adding and mixing raw materials, ensuring proper process flow of gummy blend, and conducting in-process measurements. 
• Closely monitor cooking process with emphasis on pH reading and brix measurement.
• Spread final product across drying trays and visually inspect gummies for quality acceptance.
• Must be able to stand for 90% of scheduled shift and be able to lift up to 50lbs.  
• Work in a safe manner following company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.

 

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to follow written instruction including Manufacturing batch records, Safety policies, and Quality requirements.   

 

• Experience in food manufacturing, nutraceutical manufacturing, or possess mechanical aptitude.  

 

• Experience working in a team environment and providing process verification for team members.  Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and calculate percentages.

 

Schedule is 3 p.m.- 3 a.m. but will change to 5 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday- Wednesday Overtime on Thursday when needed

 

         ***Training will be on the day shift, the first 2 weeks***

 

Pay: $19.64/hour
