Express Employment Professionals of Centennial is immediately searching for qualified Machine operators to work in a busy door manufacturing environment. Associates will be running a machine that is programmed per production schedules to make various cuts on materials. This employee will be expected to load the machine and monitor throughout the production schedule to ensure the product loaded aligns with production log while making minor modifications to the machine to ensure accuracy.

 

Job Highlights:

• Load raw materials into machine staging area while ensuring the loaded materials match the production log (size/style of material)
• Monitor the production machine and each item being cut for accuracy
• Read production logs and making minor machine adjustments to ensure accuracy
• ‘Quarterback’ the production line, keeping up with pace to ensure the rest of the assemblers have product in que
• Minor troubleshooting of machine throughout the day

What we look for:

• Machine Operation experience
• Familiarity and working knowledge of a production/manufacturing environment
• The ability to read production logs and understand standard measurements
• Experience working with standard woodworking/carpentry tools (tape measures, routers, drills, nail guns, etc.)
• Problem solving skills
• Self-starters
