Salary: $17 to $19 hr.

I. What is the opportunity?

 

If you like working in the agriculture industry, in a production environment, this job may be for you! We are hiring Feed Mix Production Associates to join the team of a leading regional livestock nutrition company.

 

II. How will you spend your time?

1. Gather proper nutrition components per the formulation of each customer order.
2. Efficiently and accurately add ingredients into the scale and mixer for processing.
3. Ensure proper communication and delivery to the packagers.
4. Assist warehouse, shipping, and receiving activities as needed.

2. Preferred experience in agriculture and manufacturing
3. Proficient forklift operations.
4. Efficient and effective management of time and quality.
5. Proficient organization, computer, and math skills.
6. Good English communication skills.
7. Have full physical abilities (strength, flexibility, mobility) to meet the requirements of the job.

 IV. What do you get in return?

1. Work schedule: 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
2. Starting Compensation: $17 to $19 hr., plus benefits.
