Job Title: Agency Producer

What You Will Do

As an Agency Producer for The Auto Club Group, you will play a crucial role in generating new sales, retaining existing members, and expanding the agency owner’s book of business through our diverse product offerings. You will be challenged to drive new business with competitive products.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Actively solicit new business outside of the office at various business establishments and other locations to create and expand business networks. Build rapport to establish customer satisfaction, loyalty, and affinity to the AAA brand.
• Sales and Retention: Generate new sales, retain existing members, and grow the overall book of business through our multiple product offerings.
• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and requests related to insurance, membership, and financial products.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who:

• Licensing: Ideally hold an active State Property and Casualty General Lines or Personal Lines Insurance License (required). We will pay for licensing if you have no experience, with some restrictions.
• Experience: Have 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced, computer-automated business environment.
• Technical Skills: Are proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel, and have the ability to navigate computer systems.

Successful agency producers will possess effective communication skills, strong phone sales and prospecting abilities, ambition, motivation, and drive!
