Maintenance Technician

Located in Amarillo, TX

Salary: 18.00

We are currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician for an apartment complex in Southern Amarillo.

 

Essential Job Functions:

• Repair various issues on buildings to include but not limited to basic electrical and plumbing.
• Patching and repairing sheetrock. Must be comfortable with texture and painting. 
• Complete work orders in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a clean community.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years property maintenance experience
• Must be HVAC certified
• CPO Certification preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver License required.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am -5:30pm – Rotating on call schedule

Pay: $18.00/hour depending on experience.
