A custom cosmetics company specializing in personalized beauty solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Micro Testing QA Inspector to join the team. The ideal candidate has experience in microbiology testing as they will be responsible for performing the final checks of our products to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and comply with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations. This is a long-term, permanent position.

Micro Testing QA Inspector Responsibilities:

• Conduct final inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with company standards and specifications using microbiological/microbiology testing.
• Review and verify documentation related to product formulations, production processes, and quality control.
• Perform routine inspections and tests on raw materials to ensure adherence to CGMP and FDA guidelines.
• Identify and document any quality issues and collaborate with the production team to address and resolve them.

• Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure ongoing compliance.

QA Inspector Requirements:

• Must have 2-5 years of experience in microbiological testing.
• Must have 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably within the cosmetics industry.
• Strong knowledge of CGMP and FDA regulations related to cosmetics.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify potential quality issues.
• Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and equipment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and documentation practices is a plus.
