Job Duties:

• Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Ascertains their lodging and purchasing needs.
• Assists guests and owners in a branded, friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary.
• Knows all essential aspects hotel operations.
• Registers guests and manages the rooming chart.
• Collects payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers; and makes changes for cash customers.
• Verifies credit acceptance by reviewing and recording driver’s license number; and operating credit card authorization systems

Job Qualifications:

• Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role
• Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisor
• Customer service attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

SCHEDULE: Open Availablity Required 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
