Salary: $20/hr-$25/hr
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents- Assist with lease agreements, renewals, and move-ins/move-outs- Support the Property Manager in administrative tasks and property operations- Maintain accurate resident records and files- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies- Assist in property maintenance coordination and vendor management- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for work orders and maintenance requests
Requirements- Strong customer service skills with the ability to negotiate effectively- Knowledge of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) program is a plus- Experience in administrative tasks within property management or related field- Familiarity with legal administrative procedures related to property management- Ability to organize and maintain physical and electronic files- Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and compliance requirements
