Job Title:  Manufacturing Associates, Machine Operators - Insulation Lamination

 

What is the opportunity?

We are hiring Production Associates and Machine Operators to join the team of a national manufacturer of batt insulation and barrier lining for steel building construction.

 

How will you spend your time? In these roles one can perform a variety of duties including:

• Unload, receive and stage raw material inventory
• Pull raw material for production
• Stage and prepare raw material for production
• Post production, package finished goods and prepare for shipping
• Load trailers for shipment
• Participate in job function cross training
• Perform other duties as assigned

We are excited about you if you have the following?

• A work history of good performance, reliability, and job longevity.
• Prior Warehouse/Material Handling experience is preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in basic math skills (adding/subtracting), English oral and written communication skills, and the ability to read a tape measure/ruler
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Have a personality that succeeds in independent and team job roles.
• Ability to work an entire shift performing either standing or sitting job duties.

 

What do you get in return?

• Work schedule Shift 1: 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, 6 AM to 10 AM on Friday
• Compensation: From $17.50 Hr.
• Benefits: Yes
• Other: Will provide Forklift Certification as needed
