Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to support a medical manufacturing facility in Fort Myers. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering and updating critical data into the company''s systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. This is a temporary role ideal for candidates with strong organizational and computer skills looking for immediate work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data into the company''s database systems, including customer information, product details, and inventory updates.
• Verify and review data for completeness and accuracy.
• Update and maintain electronic records and files.
• Assist in compiling reports and data summaries for the management team.
• Follow established protocols to ensure data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or data-related issues.
• Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, document scanning, and organizing digital files.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in data entry, administrative, or clerical roles preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong typing speed and accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with data privacy laws and medical industry regulations is a plus.
